No Refunds.
Thank you for choosing our services.
All consultation fees, treatment plan fees, digital services, and online appointments are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed or the service has been provided.
Appointment Rescheduling- If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule by informing us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Requests made after this period or missed appointments may be treated as completed consultations and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy- You may cancel your appointment before the scheduled consultation. However, no refund will be issued for cancelled appointments. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a one-time rescheduling at our discretion.
Digital Programs & Treatment Plans-Due to the nature of personalized health consultations, customized treatment plans, diet plans, digital programs, and downloadable resources, no refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase or delivery.
